I confirm that all food will be stored and cooked correctly.
I confirm that the Worcestershire Homeless Appeal/Droitwich Community Pantry can’t be held responsible for any food once it has left the Community Pantry.
I confirm that the Worcestershire Homeless Appeal/Droitwich Community Pantry can’t be held liable if anyone becomes ill/sick from eating any of the food supplied.
I confirm that I will not sell any food I receive to a third party.
I agree I will abide by all rules while at the community pantry or I will be asked to leave and I will not be able to attend any future events.
If a family member or friends have an allergy or intolerance to certain foods, it is my responsibility to check all ingredients on food taken from the Community Pantry.
Worcestershire Homeless Appeal/Droitwich Community Pantry cannot accept responsibility for injuries or illnesses that I, a family member, or friends may suffer as a result of an allergy or intolerance from anything I have been supplied for myself, family member or friends.
PLEASE CHECK THE LIST OF INGREDIENTS!!! As foods may contain, or been in contact with NUTS, MILK, EGGS, FISH, CRUSTACEAN SHELLFISH, TREE NUTS, PEANUTS, WHEAT, SOYBEANDS, LINSEED, SESAME SEED, PEACH, BANANA, AVACADO, KIWI FRUIT, PASSION FRUIT, CELERY, GARLIC, MUSTARD SEEDS, ANISEED, CHAMOMILE AND OTHERS NOT LISTED
I understand that my membership of the Community Pantry does not constitute a voting membership of the Worcestershire Homeless Appeal Charitable Incorporated Organisation.
